CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best service to all clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice to any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. 

Boarding appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled board.

Grooming appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
